I have a post paid Idea SIM, account number # 100015362483. I paid excess amount in the beginning and even now as per the bill details, it shows around 40,000 credit with Idea. Due date is shown as --- ( no date ) as there is already fund in my account. Total amount payable after due date is shown as approx. (negative ) - 45,271 as per the bill dated in Feb and on 10th April bill after deducting my monthly rent of 1,010, it is -44261. Idea cellular representative keep saying that I have to pay this 44261 and then only my connection will be reactivated. When I try to convince how come my payable amount is reducing every month if the said amount is payable, some do not understand and some keep promising that they will report the issue and resolve. So far nothing has happened and I AM BEING SIMPLY CHARGED EVERY MONTH 1,010.12 FOR CARRYING A BLOCKED SIM CARD, BECAUSE I PAID EXTRA MONEY IN ADVANCE. Also the bill collectors keep calling me to settle the dues for which I keep telling the whole stories. I am working abroad, in Qatar and every time when I visit Kerala, I am spending my days trying to reactivate my Idea Sim.
