I have been using this number (********75) for five years. Every month i receive idea bill raging from 1000 to 2000. Last few months i was getting bill amounts greater than my usage. I had called customer service several times and registered my complaint. I have not received any solution yet. As a last resort to continue using this number, i decided to shift to prepaid plan. I mentioned this idea to your customer care and as per their information i was asked to go my nearest idea branch office in tirur to change to prepaid.
i went to idea office in Tirur with my bill amount plus charges for converting my number from post paid to prepaid, photo and 2 ID proofs (pass port and election id card). But the manager refused to accept my id proof and harassed me in front of his staff and other customers in the office. He spoke to me in very bad language and threw my id proof and photo to the floor. I had to face this humiliation and tension only because of my mistake of using idea connection for the past 5 years.
