I topup online to my idea prepaid on last month, the amount (222) deducted, but no balance came, as per the message the balance did not came to bank back within 8 days. called customer care and no response(solution) till today(one month) the details of transaction is as under :-

I am Janhavi Thakur my mobile no.-********51 I have recharge my mobile payments of Rs.55/- on the Idea Cellular website on 18/06/10 time 09:40 AM.Still it is not being update on my account.I also wants to cancel all the SMS and Ringtones provided to my mobile unnessary amount is deducted.
