Sir, I Did my reservation using Concession Voucher (CV) in Rajdhani Express from Patna to New Delhi on 25 Jan 17. Now, as the train is cancelled due to fog (as per Railway's notification), I want to modify the journey for next day i.e 26 Jan 17. I requested at the PRS, Shankar Vihar, the supervisor is telling this can not be modified. Sir, as the cancellation has been initiated by Railway due to onset fog (from 08 Jan to 29 Feb), an alternate system should be available for modifying the ticket.

2. Further, to modify the ticket I visited Resrvation Supervisor at New Delhi Railway station on 24 Dec 16. He confirmed me that there is no such cancellation of Rajdhani Express on 25 Jan 17. Hence, the above mentioned complaint may be considered cancelled as there is no such move initiated by Railway.
