I am Extremely disappointed by the way team KAUNSA has cheated me in the name of providing mobile by online shopping thru their website.
please refer to the below mail from KAUNSA as i had ordered mobile phone which was still not delivered.
I want to lodge complaint officially in consumer forum , please let me know the procedure for registering complaints w.r.t online shopping.
Please treat as utmost urgent as I was facing difficulties in getting my hard earned money back & poor response from customer care of KAUNSA.
It has been 150days since i had paid money & no use.
If possible please block the website www.kaunsa.com so that many new customers may not fall in their trap..

Can't understand how it is doing business despite of hundreds of complaints on the net itself.
