I have given my phone for service on 3/9/2013 Which they sent to their head office (Delhi ) for repair. I submitted my phone to them on Its been one month but they are not replying properly when will they give me back my phone. Whenever I call them they just say whenever they will receive my phone form their head office they will let me know even not providing any tentative date. Even they are not responding properly. At the time of submission they told me this will take 3 weeks but is now more than 7 weeks and still they are not replying when will i get my phone. My Phone model is - Karbonn A9+ .
