Dear Sir,
I am fed up with your service. I would like bring it your kind notice that how I have been harassed by you.
When I went to your INFINITY TELECOM, AIRTEL RELATIONSHIP CENTRE, at no.6, 11, 12, Bilagi Plaza, College Road BELGAUM (Contact no. ********67, 0831-4200200) to transfer my mobile no.: ********72 from prepaid to post paid service, they said to bring xerox copy of house agreement letter along with ORIGINAL NOTARY REGISTRATION! I said I will self attest or get it attested by government gazetted officer. But they said to get it once again notary registration on xerox copy. I clarify here that our house agreement letter was registered with notary already. But your colleagues asked to get it on xerox copy also. They were not ready to agree even attestation of government gazetted officers! Here it is clear that your only intention is to harass the customers financially. Or your colleagues are influenced by local notaries. For every notary registration we have to spend Rs 100.
Ok. I fulfilled it and submitted required documents and paid amount on Nov.22, 2010. I have pain Rs 300 (Receipt no.462 dtd 22-11-2010) and Rs 50 for migration (Receipt no. 29859 dtd 22-11-2010). But till today i.e. 08-12-2010, I am continuing with prepaid service only. In between i received a call from your one of colleagues, who said 'by mistake I have taken less amount from you'. Then I said,'Ok its your mistake. So please come to our office with appropriate receipt and collect it.' He said he will do it.
After this call no correspondence from your side. Then I visited to INFINITY again today i.e. 8-12-2010 and got answer that they are busy with building alterations!
I don't know what kind of service this is.
I hope you will act immediately and solve this problem before I choose some other alternative ways!
Thanks,
Sangamesh Menasinakai
