our inverter has been taken for repair on 19/2/14. we were asked to pay Rs.600 as service charges. after few days we were asked to send a cheque of Rs.1485 to Schneider Electric India Pvt Ltd. we sent the cheque and it returned today saying that the cheque must be sent to Schneider Electric IT Business India Pvt Ltd. When we call the guy he took the inverter for repair and said this. he was telling us that he called to bangalore office and soon they will be contacting us. but we dint receive any information about it till now. we also called the office where we bought the inverter and they were telling us that they have receive orders from their madam and they cant do anything about this.
So, i want APC to be responsible and send us the information about our inverter soon.
