I had purchased APC UPS - model no - BR 500 CIN on 11-04-2009 from Computer empire, nehru place & where it started giving problem on every first day i.e of battery backup. Since it was a new product, so i was not willing to get it repaired & after getting fed-up with back-up, i called APC services to check UPS. After engineer checked, it was found that new unit battery was only faulty but APC service told me that they cannot replace battery of the unit & where complete unit will be replaced which i was not willing to.Finally by keeping stone on my heart, i got my unit changed on 15-12-2009.Now this UPS worked for another 1 year and it again started giving problem where it would go to battery mode from online mode without any reason. After getting fed-up, i requested for change of UPS - which eventually was changed on 18-02-2011. Now again after 1 and half year usage, it had again started giving problem i.e it automatically switches off.

Please help me ------------ SOS call to APC ------------- provide new piece as these refurbed pieces are creating issues for me from date of purchase..

Also previously - we had an older model of APC which worked very well - on the same pretext - i bought this UPS but it is creating issues - very serious.
