I purchased a BR550CI-IN UPS for desktop computer from Guddi Infotech, Mumbai on 08/09/2011 with a two year warranty.
The UPS has failed to provide back-up power to the PC due to which it has been replaced in November 2011 and February 2011.
On 20th May 2012, the unit failed to provide back-up power for which I emailed APC with Incident No. 120520-000139.
After sending and receiving a lot of emails, the unit was eventually replaced on 25th June 2012, but to my dismay, the replaced unit was faulty too!! Due to this irresponsible behavior by APC, my PC's operating system was damaged and I had to format my hard drive due to which I lost some very important data!
Again, I started to email APC regarding the issue but I hardly heard from them and I am still waiting for a satisfactory resolution!!
