Ola cabs have refused to pay my due amount of Rs.3000/- odd for the trips completed on 15th September of my cab no MH 02 CR 4019 without giving any reasons I have written vide complaint ticket issued by co no(1) 20700784 dt, 22/09,ticket no (2)20725273 dt.22/9,(3)20907232 dt.24/09 (4)21599118 dt 30/09 none of the four emails are replied and no explanation is given. I have personally visited their Mahim and Andheri office in both places no reasons are given why my fund is held up.
Kindly look into this matter and inform me.
