PLS NOTE THAT I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH UR CAB DRIVER ON 1-DEC-14 WHEN I HAD OPTED FOR A OLA CAB FROM WHITEFIELD TO BLR AIRPORT
I HAD BOOKED THE ABOVE RIDE AFTER LOADING SUFFICIENT CREDIT IN MY MONEY A/C & MADE IT CLEAR TO THE DRIVER THAT I WOULD PAY ONLY USING MY OLA CREDIT
BUT ON DROPPING ME THE DRIVER DEMANDED EXTRA PAYMENT BY CASH & WAS HOLDING MY LUGGAGE FOR NEARLY 30 MINS AT THE AIRPORT LOBBY.
MY REPEATED REQUEST TO UR CALL CENTRE EXECUTIVE WERE FUTILE & FINALLY I HAD TO CALL POLICE TO INTERVENE TO ALLOW ME TO PROCEED FOR MY INTERNATIONAL CHECK-IN
IN CASE THERE S NO RESPONSE FROM OL;A TO MY TRAUMA, THEN I WILL BE FORCED TO SEEK POLICE ACTION
