All the information given above such as telephone no,business email web site are all wrong. Mails sent to these have bounced back.I tried telephoning the Bangalore no 0********55. This no does not exist. I sent email
to support@olacabs.com. The mail bounced back as Mail Demon.The gist of my complaint is as follows:

OVERCHARGING FOR AIRPORT DROP:VEHICLE NO;KA 02AF3. Driver name SubbashOTP NO: 6573.Booked Indica Mini for Airport drop from Ashwathnagar,(Sanjaynagar) Bangalore 560094.Name of my flat PURVA ATRIA.Date ofTravel 16th Jan 2017 Pick up at 193o hrs. Distance to Airport from residence is 32 km. The actual cost
which I always pay is Rs 600/. The driver charged Rs 930/ this trip without any reason. I am unable to contact OLACAB complaint cell nor their Bangalore no is active. Please take up this complaint with OLACABS and obtain,
a refund of Rs 330/, dismiss the driver from OLACAB services,and cancel his driving licence.
