After receiving the device I found voice volume was very less if someone call me I am not able to hear the voice as well as ring tone. The rear Camera was not working.
I asked them within I a week that your device is not according to satisfaction and want money back guarantee or I will select another device any pay the difference.
They told me to update the software and problem will solved and did according to their instruction.
But problem was not solved.
They asked me to send it back by Aramex and I did that.
They return back to me saying everything is ok now.
After receiving I check camera was working, but battery was very low charged so I try to charge it and I found it was not charging either charger was defective or power plug in port in the device was defective.
After a little while the tablet get closed and no display.
They told me charge it for 8 hour and tried update this device again.
But still it was not charged an no display.
Since I bought device till date I am not able to use it, I got mentally harrashed. I am asking money back guarantee or another model with difference paid but no response.
