Hi,

I am facing a lot of issues with this product since I have received it....I have sent this product to the service center more than 4 times. The problem is with the Bluetooth It hangs/re-boots after 3-4 successful connections.... I want a refund for my product....The service center is not helpful at all..When they receive the product they say that there is no Bluetooth Issue….They are not ready to understand the problem...And not ready to replace also.....I need the money back.....I need help....I have been your genuine customer by again buying the Iberry product.....But this tablet was not up to the mark....

I am a student and I cannot afford this still I bought it and am paying installments on it through KOTAK.
Please call me on ********64. I need your help to get a refund for this tablet.

My problem is genuine and I don’t want to fall in this mess. I will take legal actions and complaints to consumer court if I don’t get a refund.
