I had purchased Iberry Auxus Nuclea N1 mobile on 1st Jan 2014 online through Flipkart website. The handset started giving trouble within few days of purchase. A complaint was lodged which was solved after few follow ups and reminders. Some problem or other problem I used to face with thie handset which used to get solved by switching off phone and removing battery etc. Another major problem I faced in Aug,2014 since then the problem was getting solved and reapperaing. Finally the mobile set got totally dead in Sept,14 and when I contacted Iberry they told me to contact local service centre in Jamnagar but I told them that this service centre says that he has no relation/contract with Iberry company. I informed them then they gave me service centre details of Ahmedabad city .Finally I went to Ahmedabad (320 km) from Jamnagar and handed over this mobile set to their authorised service centre M/s.Devansh Enterprise on 18-9-14 vide Work order no.RVSRN1409DVE00260 dt. 18-9-14.
Thereafter when I contacted them I was told that the problem is big hence we have sent the handset to our Delhi branch. Since then I am regularly following up through mail and phone but I am getting a reply 2-3 days then 5-7 days like that but they are not assuring me the exact date. It is almost 21 days since I have handed over this set for repairs.
I have requested thenm to provide a new handset in lieu of this faulty handset but no action is being taken from their end. Out of 9 months since purchase, I have used this handset hardly for 6-7 months and rest of the time I came across some problem or other.
I request you to kindly intervene and get me a fresh handset in lieu of faulty handset. The details of my complaint are as given below:
