I pre booked Nuclea N1 through Iberry asia site. I paid Rs. 15990 a a pre booking amount.

I cancelled the product on 29th of July and was informed that the full amount will be refunded with in 10 - 12 days. Later there is no info from them.
I contacted them through support@iberry.asia mail ID then they said that they will refund the amount in 3 working days. Later after 5 days i contacted them Then they said that due to some technical problem they are not able to remit back to my credit card and asked for my account details.
I provided the same on 19th of August. till now I have not got the amount.
This is a fraud company. i am planning to file a case consumer court if i am not able ot get this resolved through forum.I have the paid proof and a lot of communication proof from support@iberry.asia
