i purchased samsung lcd monitor in thrissur ,kerala bcoz this monitor was complainted in display problem se we went to samsung authorise service center in thrissur mission quarters so they have cheated to me. and first they talk to me in samsung monitor panel wasn't get now so u can go to now and come after one month and second time they talk to me we will refunded the amount but amount was 4500/- but amount was not got and they decided change panel . after one month they talk to me we will refunded amount 2300/- ....so Samsung co monitor warranty was 3year but they should be cheated ..samsung monitor co was very cheated in kerala
