This is my second complaint regarding the Samsung Fridge [Model-RS21HSTPN1]
Complaint-1- Closed. Power tripping: This issue was Rectified after 10 days of raising a complaint to Samsung customer care
We bought this fridge from Samsung Store, Forum Mall, Bangalore on 15-May 2012. It had power trip problem in Dec-2013 which got rectified by Mr. Reddy after a long wait (almost 10 days). Thanks to Mr. Reddy.
Complaint-2: Open Ticket
Day-1: 31-March 2014: We raised another ticket [Reference number # ********91] as we have cooling problem with this refrigerator. One service engineer visited my place but he couldn't rectify the issue.
Day-2: On 1-April, I called customer care again and they said that they have passed my ticket to superiors and i will get a call within 2 hours. I didn't get any call though neither any service engg attended the work. No one attended this issue even on 2- April
Day-3: On 2-April, i called customer care again to know the status regarding my complaint. They again said that they my ticket is forwarded to superiors and i will get a call within 2 hours.
Very disappointed with Samsung Customer Care. It seems they are not bothered of providing on-time quality service to the customers.
I want this issue to be resolved immediately from Samsung Service Team or else we will take up this to the consumer court…
