Hi,

This is regarding a phone I purchased on 02/01/2013.I purchased a Galaxy S-Duos with IMEI no-354********1658.
Within three moths of use the mobile stopped working.It automatically gets switched-off.The battery also became pathetic and I have to charge on hourly basis for normal use.I gave approached customer care center in Guwahati and they did something and returned the phone.But soon after one months of use the same scenario repeated.Till now I have given it two times of servicing and now again same problem is arising.The device does not boot up.

I want my money back.Spending 15K for a phone which broke thrice with-in a period of 7 months is not a joke.This is a pathetic attempt of your company to sell defective piece of hardware to customers.If you don't take immediate action then I 'll have to take legal actions.
