i bought a nokia n8 one month used with bill and gaurantee ... but the seller gave me a chineese set ... i did the payment through ebay cheque facility... before making the payment i called the coustermer care asked the permistion they checked and told me iam under ebay gaurantee go ahead and now wen this prob arise my claim atester is aking y did u do dat like that he is asking..... and also after raising the claim the 20 days are over still ebay cant able to contact the seller and also he has cheated 2 more guys same method.... and ebay is encouraging him also...i hav submitted the proof of payment regarding my payment .....as i am a student i didnt get cheque facility from my college bank.. so i directly deposited money in to his account which he gave me to deposit the cheque ... depositing cheque and depositing money is same ... both hav ... proof ... and now ebay is telling like i had done some big mistake... same thing happen to 2 other guys .... plssssssss take action against ebays coustamer care and ebay india
