I submitted an eBay guaranty claim.
I received two calls for the same, some how I wad not able to answer the first call but I did answer the second call.
The lady I spoke to she confirmed my details and told me to wait for 4-5 days.
Today I rceived a text saying that I did not replied on the email they sent me that's why it has been rejected.
I have been cheated and misguided. If eBay rep told me it will be done in 4-5 days then why my claim was rejected.
Or else she should have told me to reply on email simply.
EBay customer service is the worst I have not experienced any customer service like this .
After 20 minutes hold spoke to one rep not helpfull at all n then his supervisor Rahul.
The cost of the helmet is 1400 Rs but it's built quality is not as per the price.
