This is with reference to eBay Guarantee Claim ID : 701.I\'ve bought an item from an eBay seller,and later on when I found the item defective I contacted eBay Customer Care.They told me to return the item to the seller and asked me whether I opt for a replacement or a refund.I opted refund.This is to inform you that I\'ve lodged the complaint against the seller near about 2 months back,But till now I\'ve not received any refund.I\'ve contacted eBay Customer Care numerous times,But every time I call them,they only use to tell me that my Claim is under investigation.I\'m just feeling helpless with this kind of things.My item ID is 2********292.I want my money back as soon as possible.
