I Nilesh Damania purchased a Sony Ericsson W20 Zylo on 14/07/10 but sudden after 2 and half month phone display is started looking white and i cant see any function on it.
I had submitted phone in Sony Ericsson service center on 23/09/10, they told me phone is having strep(H-HPPC) problem. But even after one month I had not get my phone is back they are giving reason that company is not sending part which is defected.
I have faith on Sony products, but after this experience sorry to say I think Sony Ericsson service is worst.
