It is bring to your notice that I am have post paid connection (COPPORATE CONNECTION TECHBOOKS LTD). This is two year advanced rental plan. I have taken this with unlimited upload and download GPRS Package cost of Rs: 99 per month.
Due to delayed payment in april month bill which is supposed to pay on 7-May-2009, I have paid the bill on 23-May-2009.
I have received the bill for the period of 23-May-2009 to 22-Jun-2009. Rs: 2793.35, I have talked with Customer Care Eexecutives regarding the same. I did not get any solution. I sent mail to Idea to ccare.dl@idea.adityabirla.com,

This is Corporate connection, Idea has changed the plan without inform me to Basic GPRS Plan, I have activated this number with \"GPRS RS:99\" Plan How can Ideacellular change the plan. It is not changed to GPRS Rs:150 Plan. Right now the Ideacellular company selling the connections for our employee GPRS Rs:150 per month.
Due to delay payment the Ideacellular company deactivated GPRS RS:99 Plan only but not other Feature Like Stress Buster and voice Chart.

that problem is bill problem that is very high so that is very high cost of the calling and so that that is not charge of the Maxim and minimum call ok

Without my notification how you can activate the plan. There is such plan I have listen .
I am using air tell unlimited usage plan charging only 600 Rs.
Pls note that I'll not pay the amount this is your mistake by default you have activated GPRS.

HI, I am Roshan Kumar sorry to say your cce are not able to deactivate the matrimonial service on my number(********14), I have done complain more then 8 times my complain numbers are 1-1********97, 1-1********87, 1-1********71, 1-1********95, 1-1********78, 1-1********40. I am facing this problem since 8/07/2011. Whenever I make a complain your cce refund the amount and again deduct the amount. after refunding the amount when i make a call to your cce they says that your service is deactivated. but after the deduction when I make a call to your cce they says that matrimonial service is active on your number due to this service your balance is deducting.
