I tried to top-up my sun direct account through the website www.rechargeitnow.com on 12/03/2010 of Rs.200 and again on 15/03/2010. Both the money was debited from my bank account but topup was not done. I tried to contact the website coustomer care persons but there was no contact number given on the site they only have a complaint form on which i tried to contact them but all in vain. After a day again i sent an email but in return they send a conformation email of receiving request. No visible action is being done from rechargeitnow or sundirect.
I am in a complete mess. Matter is not about money but they are cheating people and we are helpless.
Once again i would like to alert all online users not to use this website.they are a bunch of crooks.
I also Support this.I recharged My Airtel Mobile with 444 & 333 rupees.Money deducted but no recharge/Refund Done.

I fully agree with complainant,I also suffered & lost money with failed recharge with no refund inspite of contacting CONTACT US of www.rechargeit now.This portal to be banned to avoid further fraud/cheating the custmers.
this is a very very bad website they dont have any open contact details only you can feedback on its website and u will get a auto reply only i dont have any words of this website i advice to every one plssss never try to recharge by this site if some one wants recharge do direct website of mobile service provider i make complaint against of www.rechargeitnow.com to the ministry of finance i hope ministry will take any good step i request to the ministry and BBB if such like this any online vendor will come to registered his website to receive amount so bank must take his valid phone No. and published phone No. on its website.

Here Sreenivasulu Reddy yesterday i made recharge for Rs: 133 Sun DTH they deducted amount for my account but no recharge. It's came Recharge failure.
