This is with reference to Order No.B0********10 and Transaction ID: 1145789 that I have recharged my Reliance GSM Mobile No.:********62 with a talk value of Rs.100. But as per the information shown in the Reliance Telecommunication Website a promotional balance of Rs.9.34 should be provided with Rs.100 Voucher.But unfortunately,I didn\'t receive any Promotional Balance.So,I request your team concerned,to kindly provide me the promotional balance, else I prefer a complete refund.
