I tried to top-up my sun direct account through the website www.rechargeitnow.com on 12/03/2010 of Rs.200 and again on 15/03/2010. Both the money was debited from my bank account but topup was not done. I tried to contact the website coustomer care persons but there was no contact number given on the site they only have a complaint form on which i tried to contact them but all in vain. After a day again i sent an email but in return they send a conformation email of receiving request. No visible action is being done from rechargeitnow or sundirect.
I am in a complete mess. Matter is not about money but they are cheating people and we are helpless.
Once again i would like to alert all online users not to use this website.they are a bunch of crooks.

i have a kind request to those who try to recharge with this site, that you shall by no means use back button on the page. wait and wait until the site itself goes bcak to the portals.
A number of comaplains has been registered against rechargeitnow.com , where I lost my rs 50 for recharging Airtel mobile number, where money was deducted and recharge was not done, and no refund was given. No action was taken even after complain.
