The buyer confirmed the reception of the item. I was hoping that the money would be transfered to my account in a few days. Then few days later I got a mail from eBay stating that my account has been suspended and the money has been returned back to the buyer.
The buyer did not send the item or the money back. I lost them both. I tried many times to contact the buyer ,all my efforts failed.
I contacted ebay(1********29) and explained the situation to them. They just told me to contact the buyer directly to get the amount. I inquired the reason fo the suspension of my account and they were not able to give me reasons. I called, emailed the buyer, but he is not responding.
I mailed the details and the scanned copy of the proof of delivery to incswebhelp and inrswebhelp mail ids of ebay.com and they were also unable to solve the issue. they advise me the same thing.
