Dear Sir,

This is some serious Issue and an act of cheat !!!

Yesterday at i.e (29/10/14) I made a LOCAL call to the number ********55 at 11:04 hrs. For your kind information its a local UP est number, its an idea GSM sim. Now, it was a 37 sec call but when i checked my balance Rs 100 in full was deducted, On dialing reliance customer care they told me that I have made a call in RUSSIA somewhere and thats the reason for deduction. They are not even registering my complaint saying they don't have the authority for registering this complaint. They even saying ki "Sir, mazak mat kariye apka paisa to nai ane wala ab"

This is something very irritating. I want my money back, you people please call at that number and make a confirmation or do whatever best you can do. but please do remember I am not from Ambani n family, Rs. 100 means a lot to me and I want it back.

I am also attaching this email to different consumer forum online help .... please help me out... its a fraud.
