Hi, I bought a new reliance pre paid connection. No ********78 On the pack its written that I get 4gb 3g data for 1 month on inserting an active reliance SIM. However my concerns: 1) The 2gb data has not been credited to my account yet. 2) after consultin to the sim provider he doesnt respond me well...sim provider number is ********76 ..he called me to call customer care but customer care not able to reslove my problem and reapetidly ask me to contact sim provider... I am very disappointed. I do not expect such a service from reliance,.. On calling RELIANCE customer service they say its my fault I need to contact sim provider...i think the sim provider cheated me..so plz take some immidiate action... Your quick action in resolving my issue will be appreciated.
