Sir,
My name is Daya shankar Sahu and I am carrying Reliance GSM number ********64 which is in Delhi circle, since a long time may more than 3 and a half years and had a pathetic experience so far. Be it network or customer care. Call drops, voice breaking and poor customer care is norm. Everytime I call customer care they have their server updates going on or systen down issue and that give customer care associate biggest of all excuses not to answer my queries AND the same time gave me an excuse to change service provider after MNP. But it isn't suppose to be.

After trying a few times to send PORT ********64 to 1900 for portability code I wasn't able to send. But finally one day I got it and 1901 send me portability code. I applied in Airtel for porting, filled the form and paid Rs 30 as portability fees. 3 weeks after I received a message form 1901 saying that portability code I proveded was wrong due to which my request was rejected by the donor. Since then I have been trying to call customer care and know the reason for rejection but everytime they say their server is updating and they can't see status. I can't change my number because I have been using it for long. I have no clue what should I do. Please help.

I have no clue if TRAI knows about this . Looks like focusing on companies profit is norm( 2G scam) then customers convenience. Need urgent attention and companies should be fined heavily for this kind of mis deeds.
Regards
Daya
