Dear Eureka Forbes,

There were 2 guys posing they are coming from Eugene Forbes and installed duplicate filters. And also given duplicate AMC to me. I have paid 4950 rupees which is higher than Eugene Forbes annual Amc amount.

These guys mobile numbers are : 0********89 and another number or another fake person no. +********8845 . I transferred money in paytm . I still have proof. In paytm his name displays as Shiva. In AMC agreement he mentioned as Kumar. AMC agreement looks similar to Eureka Forbes one. I got to know yesterday after original eureka Forbes service technicians told me.

Around December first week those cheaters installed fake filters. When it was not working last week I called them. He picked up call. He is still available on that number. He told he will tell other guys to come and check the issue. They didn't come , I called again he was not picking my call. Then I called service care and booked service. Original technician came yesterday and he informed me about fake filter.

I request you to catch those loafers and punish them. And hopefully I will get money back. Please reach out to me if you need copy of their fake agreement and other details.
