I had booked an apartment with Era Landmarks for their project in faridabad by the name of REDWOOD RESIDENCY. even after four years this project is far from complete, instead the land which was shown as park in the middle is still not in the possession of Era.
I have a two bedroom house, on the third floor bang infront of the said/promised park. I think now the park will only be visible to me in the paper/brouchure of allotment and nowhere else.
The company has charged me 100% PLC on my apartment, terming it as advantagous location. I want to know from the chairman of this company if this is the right way of doing business. How much profit will he be able to make by eliminating the park and reducing his cost? Does he understand that he is cheating almost every customer of the project as this project is conceptualized around this four acre park? should we as customers buy it from the farmer or whoever owns the land to save/ salvage our investment?
Will the chairman deem fit to reply through this paltform or will he like us to drag him to court? awaiting reply????

I have booked the flat in 2010 era divine court sector during the booking time Era Landmark Ltd. representative Mr. Deeraj Garg told me you may get the possession in 02 years and the grace period of 06 Months other company will pay rent at 7 rs./Feet in every month .I have put many times mail regarding the penalty but company is doing the fraud and not paying any money.all the employee of era landmark limited become silent and switch off the phone and put the girls in customer care which also helpless and making the fool to everyone.I am requesting to government and police pls. take the action because thousand of customer are fed-up this unfaithful situation made by era landmark limited
Main owner of era landmark is also in jail and they are making the fool everyone.
