I had ordered a Buy 1 get 1 Free Multicolour Caps on ebay on 22nd June,2012. The details showing on the website are as follows: -

PaisaPay ID 31523778464
ItemNumber: 2********344
Total amount: Rs. 110.00
I have contacted the seller and he replied that they have already sent the product and gave me this reference ,Fedex Courier & Docket no is - 5********505
The tracking ID shown is invalid according to Fedex Courier and no one has the information about where the product is currently.
I had complained ebay for the same around 4th july and asked them to cancel my order, but even after 2 or 3 days they are ignorant about the fact that I have cancelled the order and they give fake promises that within 24 hrs your product will be cancelled and you will get a confirmation email.They gave me a reply as stated "A refund has automatically been initiated on item "Buy 1 get 1 Free Multicolour Caps | 26,19" (2********344) on 06-Jul-2012 since our shipping partner has not confirmed pickup of your shipment from the seller within the timelines.

Many times the customer care executive and asked me if I have received the product.But I never received the product nor got my refund.I am really confused and frustrated as to what I should do and how should I get my refund back.
