Myself Anand Ladha, a mediclaim policy holder for my family from Instant Helathcare Private Limited issued by United India Insurance from last four years.

I Requested for remiburement of claim of my wife for pregnancy.My Wife got discharged from hospital on 22.05.2010 and reimburement claim was filled with Emediek on 28.05.2010.The claim Ref NO. is 15807437 in name of Ms. Sonal Ladha
On 10.06.2010 i recieved a letter for submission of some additional papers like photo ID proof and USG report which was submitted by me on 12.06.2010 to your office at GUrgaon.
From that date till now i am calling your customer care,toll free no,either they don\'t pick up the phone even after calling 100 times or disconnect the phone when i request for claim reimburement status.I even send the SMS as given in website but no response for that also.
I am not knowing my claim status and my reimburement has not been made till date even after considerable lapse of time.
I request you to kindly intervene so that the whole process is more simple for aam aadmi.

I fully agree with complainant. There should be some relaxation while processing claim and it should be flexible.
True. It is heartless TPA. My claim no.101101302121 was settled. I submitted 12 bills in total. They misplaced one bill and remaining 11 bills are settled. I am pursuing this for last 1.25 months, they say "as per policy" everytime. Still they don't have answers. I submitted photocopy of the said bill via email 3 times to their 3 id's. Now they say send original. I have submitted originals with claim form. Everytime I call cc different people talk to me and give assurance and nobody bothers to reply back. Grievqnce portal is again useless. I am shifting all my policies to some other company and advice all the viewers to get rid of EMeditek.
I have filed my cliam with Emeditek on 25.10.2013. Ny National Insurance Policy No. 311700/48/12/********80 (Policy up dated on 18-12-13) THE CLAIM FORM HANDEDOVER M/S. E-MEDITEK-BARODA ON 25.10.13 & also scan copy of policy sent to info@emeditek.com on 18.11.2013
BUT TILL DATE MY CLAIM HAS NOT BEEN PASSED. Doc Receipt No. 111-CL-101300007501 & MR. Harshit Patel - Card No. 11112130000005B.

@: Mr Anand Laddha : I would rather suggest you to go personally to the office and check it as Emeditek has this problem with almost every client I suppose. Even two claims of mine are pending and now they say that the files are closed. So before they close your file, you better go and get it done by yourself.

some lapse of time is inevitable but my experience,of the TPA emeditek has been good.To avoid exaggerated /false claims and to run the healthinsuranceschemes properly close scrutiny of claims is absolutely necessary.
