I Requested for reimbursement of claim of myself for chicken pox. , viral pneumonia, overlap myositis. Hypothyroidism. I got discharged from hospital on 23.06.2018 and reimbursement claim was filled with New India on 29.06.2018, it reach Emeditek on 03.07.2018.The claim Ref No. is 1220******** in name of Ms. Kajal Jain.
On 18.08.2018 i received a letter for submission of some additional papers like
1)Kindly provide Justification of prolonged duration of stay, line of treatment-certified by treating doctor.
2)Kindly confirm past history with duration of the sclerosis certified by the treating doctor .
3)Kindly provide all ultrasound, Xray and CT films.
4)Kindly provide histopathology report.
which was submitted by me on 29.08.2018 to Emeditek office at Gurgaon.
From that date till now i am calling your customer care,toll free no,either they don't pick up the phone even after calling 100 times or disconnect the phone when i request for claim reimbursement status. I even send the SMS as given in website but no response for that. I even send the mail as given in website but no response for that also.
I am not knowing my claim status and my reimbursement has not been made till date even after considerable lapse of time.
I request you to kindly intervene so that the whole process is more simple for aam aadmi.
