dear sir,

i have bought a teak wooden doublebed box cot from madarihat of westbengal on 03/12/2010. i want to send it to my sister's home at kolkata for her marriage purpose. i booked it through the gati limited of local branch hasimara. on 7th dec the booked product was delivered to my sister's address with packed form. but while it was opened on 8th dec for fitting, it was found as damage condition on front side. it was clear that due to poor maintaince during transportation the beautiful cot was damaged.
i first informed to the agent named 'babu'of local branch of gati. then called to customer care of gati. but nobody follow up this matter yet. the cost of my cot was rs28000.

please look into the mater .
