Railway Station Management - Bag exchanged in Surynagari train at Ahemdabad Railway Station

I was travelling with my relatives from Jodhpur to Mumbai in SuryaNagari on 24th of May 2012 and our seat/birth nos. were B4 2, 3, 4. On seat/birth nos. 5 and 6 there were two other females - S Kavita and S Padmavati and there PNR no. was 2233879809, they got down at Ahemdabad and from there they took another train Navjeevan.
While getting down they took my black bag instead of their black bag by mistake. I could managed to get the contact details of them and then i talked with them and as per them before getting in the other train (Navjeevan) they came to know, that was not their bag and at that time their train was about to start so they handed over my bag to a police person there on platform on duty near Navjeevan and he promised that he will submit that bag to police department or station master.
But when i checked with the police department and station master then they told that no black bag has been submitted to them.
I was having mine and my babies things and some household things in that bag.

Complainant's Goal: I want my black bag back.
