i manish k dand had brought zync 1000 tablet from yebi.com on 26 nov my order no is YBH2561199.my tablet no is gwzy10009120732 and my cell no is ********93 and ********67.the display of tablet was broken so i email them asking for repairing cost.they replied me that it will cost 2500 rs so on 29nov i send tablet to zync on 29 nov by first flight courier lr no m********.two days back there was a call from zync global that my tablet is ready and i will have to pay rs 4500 if i want my tablet back.the phone no of zync global pvt ltd is01204821999 and email is support@zync.in, they email that they will look into the matter but nor they contacting me or sending my tablet back.despite of thier courier partner bluedart ,here in amaravathi 444601 they say that reverse pick up service is not in our city.last time also the tablet was hanged they told me that its is software problem and i will have to pay rs 500 for solving the problem and it will take abt a month so i had to rep[air it from local store which costed me rs 1000.the company just want to sell product but not giving proper after sales sevice and asking for unfair money so that customer will not pay the money and tablet will be theres.pls try to solve my problem hoping positive response from u.
