I purchased it on 29/12/13 from Easyday Magneto Mall, Raipur, C.G. After two months it gave battery recharge problem and battery backup problem too. I called to Easyday they told to contact the Servicing Centre at Pondry but the center is at all not there. Then i called to Zync Customer Care they replied to contact the same place where you have purchased. Again I contacted to Easyday they refused to solve the problem and told to repair at your own cost at local. Now my Tablet is on the Warranty period.How Easyday is selling the product without having the Servicing Center? To purchase Zync tablet is totally a wastage of money.

On 14/4/2014 zync customer care called & asked my address so that they can pick my tablet & dispatch it to the HO, also said they will collect charges if there is physical damage. If there is no service center at chattisgarh how can you sell your products ? You have no right to sell this product at chattisgarh state. This is totally fraud & cheating case. The company is very irresponsible for selling this type of unbranded products. So don't try to make fool to the people of chattisgarh & immediate ban is required for this unbranded company & take severe action against both company & Easy day so that whatever harassment i got in last 1 month.
Should not be repeated with anyone else.
