Respected Sir / Madam,
I need a help regarding issue with ZYNC GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED, as i submitted my faulty tablet to company through Mumbai service center on dated 5th August 2013 as per their timeline of 15 to 20 days suppose to receive me, but almost one & half month over still i have not receive the tablet. I requested them that if you are not able to repair my tablet please dispatch as it is condition then they told me if you want this please email request from me as well as from service center this formality also completed by me as well from service center nearly 15 days before, after this request they dont dispatch my tablet.
I am talking with them over phone also my email conversation they are not given a proper response. They committed me last week that you will receive the tablet upto 7th Sept 2013 anyhow.
Also i do the complaint regarding for this with eBay, but also from their i have not receive the response from eBay.
