Xiaomi - Xiami Redmi 2 faulty product

Recently i bought Redmi 2 from snapdeal.
But the phone restated frequently and i raised the issue with snapdeal .
As it happened within 7 days of purchase so seller agreed to replace the product.
The new product (Order # 5********) is also faulty.This time battery issue and i am not able to charge it now.
But this time i identified the fault little late and 7 day is already over.
Service center is there but its a real harassment and awful experience with xiaomi phone(IMEI ********4794871) .

1st day they refuse to check and sent me back .
2nd day they accepted the issue and took it for nearly one month.
They some how fixed the issue and didn't even created a jod card indeed for this.
But again I am facing the same issue and again i went there now they sent back back telling
I dont have IMEI number in my Invoice which is generated from Snapdeal itself.

I could not even use it for one week till now and Both Xiaomi and snapdeal is not taking any responsibility.
I have mailed Xioami several time they not even responded.
Now i want my money back as issue is permanent and i am fed up with poor servicing.
I have attached My Last service receipt which shows it almost took one month but issue not yet fixed.

The issue is battery consume and charging. Once mobile charge is below 20 % then it is not possible to charge it again.
So I had to go service center regular basis to reset that for temporary solution.
So one always need to maintain good charge level and if missed then again have to face service center harassment.
Service center person mentioned that this is the expected behavior of Xiaomi Product .I need clarification from Xiaomi about the same.
