Xiaomi - No Service No replacement in warrenty

Dear Sir,

I purchased Xiaomi Redmi note 3 (Gold, 32GB) from Amazon on 5th May for Rs 11999 and was delivered on 9th May. With in a month it stopped working and visited authorized service center on 17th June'16 for repair. I was informed that it is under warranty and service id WXINI********0253 was provided.

On 8th july the mobile was repaired with lower version of memory ie 16 Gb instead of 32 Gb which is costing 2000 less. So i returned the Mobile back to service center.
On 11th of July service id WXINI********0253 was closed stating "No spares available" and Mobile was returned to me without repair.
I wrote the issue to grievance.officer@xiaomi.com, bu there was no response.
On 15th July i received call for service and i got a repaired mobile with service id WXINI********8954 as earlier one was already closed.
Within a day phone started heating so much that it can blast any time if i use it and can cause injury to me. I contacted MI team, but there is no response.

Sir
1) Phone Become faulty with in a month
2) It is not repaired or replaced for more than a month which is under warranty .
3) Considering mobile life of 1 year and price of 11999, i already lost more than Rs 1000 without using it.
4) I visited service center 12 time for at least 2Hr / visit. So i already lost 1 day of my life in service center without any results.

Sir i feel completed cheated my Xiaomi and losing my hard earned money.
So please request your support for the replacement of Mobile.
