i purchased an Mi LED TV 4C PRO 80 cm (32) by online order id 51********07304801
by the time they deliver on 10/11/18 and i booked a slot for installation on 12/11/18, but they not yet installed and i am calling them daily. for installation purpose, they given me contact number of ********38 / 0866-2433338 , and they given me job sheet number TVIN1********0143

and in between one engineer called me told that coming for installation his number ********70 but he didn't came finally that day, next day i contacted him he said anther route work he was going.

when i contacted MI they said yesterday today they will arrange but not yet .

today i called back to them they said to me it's already installed .

i was shocked their replay but they didn't install my TV

please help me on this issue
