I had purchased a book at Online Shopping | Shop Online at India's largest Online Shopping site | Indiaplaza about a week back with order number I0********97. It has not been shipped till date. The people at customer care never reply.
I have filed 4 tickets on there site asking status of my order but never got a reply. Today, suddenly my order is in cancelled state without any information on refund. I have filed another ticket but i am sure i will not get a reply. The phone number given on site never works.
I am sure this is a fraud site with the intent of looting customers. I am highly disappointed and will recommend others never to use this site.
