Dear sir,
On 19th april2010, i had placed an order of Samsung ES10 digital camera of Rs. 4098 ( order no : 1********4) with www.indiaplaza.in ( my user name: ups1990)
& from that day itself my order status is showing Ready to ship, but was never shipped.
After few days the status shown on indiaplaza account was payment not accepted from my bank, so they showed me 2 options i.e either to cancel the order or make payment once again, so i opted for cancellation of order.
so my order was successfully cancelled, and then i tried to contact them for refund through their tickets system, wherein you have to write complaints and they would respond within 2 days, so after writing tickets to them, i was given assurance from their side that i would receive my refund within 2-3 days, but it has been already more than a week, but i have still not received refund from their side.
second thing which is hurting me is that when my transaction was cancelled by me & all of sudden now my status is showing ready to ship.
After few days i tried contacting them, the head of indiaplaza called me back regarding the matter, after all this, he gave me an assurance that i\'ll receive my refund within 3-4 days, but a week has passed, still i haven\'t received my REFUND.
HOW CAN THEY KEEP THEIR EARS, DEAF TOWARDS THE CONSUMERS!!!
This is so irresponsible on their side.
MY MONEY HAS BEEN TOTALLY BLOCKED!!!
WE CONSUMERS HAVE NO OPTION LEFT!!
so sir please look into this matter as soon as possible.
