India Plaza - Product not delivered nor refund given

Order No. 240********7 dated 24th July,2009.
I had placed an order on 24th July,2009 to deliver Rakhi to my brother in law in USA.
The order was not executed for reasons best known to India Plaza.
My email to customer service is responded by standard reply we are investigating and will revert back to you, however, till date they have not been able to resolve the issue nor have they given me any refund.
I have been exchanging emails but no refund has been received till date.

Dear Mr.Kishore,
We have cancelled your order and initiated refund for Rs.331/- to your HDFC bank account on 15th September, 2009 vide refund reference no.********0. Normally the bank takes 5 working days to credit the money to customer's account. Please check your account and acknowledge receipt.
