I had Idea postpaid connection in which Idea was providing 1GB 3G data in my bill. Upto first 4 bill there was no problem and I paid bill on time. But in Oct-14, after 17 day of bill cycle I used 900MB 3G data so I activated more 1GB 3G data @ Rs. 250. And this service was activated this was conformed because free data showing on my mobile when I OFF mobile data. So I used 3G.
But after 4 day I received SMS from Idea that you have consumed 400MB more. When I called on 198 they said that activated 3G service was deactived before 2 days because it was not for me. But how can I know that this service deactivated. This was Idea mistake and I have all recording. When I received my bill found that I used 900MB in first 17 day, which was in my plan is also shows as extra 3G usage. After lots of discussion also Idea not remove this charges.
Idea charges me Rs. 1380, but I paid only Rs. 750 which I used. So Idea stopped my barred my number. So I changed my 7 years old number and taken new number. But Idea gave me advocate notice. This it too much now.
