My self Omkar Sidhaye from Pune. On 28th January 2013, i bought car seat for my child (Sunbaby Carry Cot cum Carseat (Red)) from India Times Shopping over internet and made the payment in full. This monday i.e 4th February 2013 i received delivery of a box from blue dart courier. When i opened the box, i found kitchen and cutlery items instead of baby car seat. I immediately called blue dart courier about this, but they updated that its a mistake from India Times Shopping and not their fault. So i immediately called india times shopping customer care a lodged a complaint with them about the same. Almost 3 days have gone by and i am making follow with them every day no action has been taken from their side. May i request your help in this regard as its getting highly frustrating having communication with India Times shopping who are not doing anything about this. Pls find below details for your perusal.
